DERRICK x Oliver Sweeney

Our latest collaboration with British designer Derrick, the Oxford Runner is a study in hybrid engineering. We’ve taken the most refined of all formal silhouettes – the whole-cut Oxford – and reimagined it for the pace of the modern city. Handcrafted in our family-run factory in Marche, Italy, the upper is crafted from premium vegetable-tanned Tuscan calf leather that has been antiqued by hand and is finished with kangaroo leather piping along the topline. While the aesthetic is rooted in traditional formality, the construction is purely contemporary; featuring an elasticated fastening system and a high-traction Vibram® sole, it offers the stature of a dress shoe with the effortless mobility of a trainer.
